The Sustainability Startup

So restaurants throw away about a third of the food they prep every day. It's basically a guessing game, right? They don't know what's going to sell. We built an app that plugs into their sales system, looks at what actually happened before, and tells them exactly what to make each morning. It cuts waste by about forty percent. We launched three months ago with twelve spots in Portland and we've already saved them over sixty grand. Now we're raising seven-fifty in pre-seed to take it to Seattle and Denver.
