Eloqua uses speech recognition to transcribe and timestamp your recordings, then applies language modeling to identify patterns like rambling, hedging, filler words, and conversation pace. The analysis runs through our secure processing pipeline — your raw audio is never stored indefinitely.

Eloqua scores you across five dimensions — clarity, vocabulary, confidence, eloquence, and listening — plus an overall score. Alongside those, you get hard metrics: words per minute, filler-word count and rate, hedging words, vocab richness, talk share, and longest monologue. Each session produces a breakdown with specific timestamps.

For solo sessions, you control when recording starts and stops — no one else is involved. For partner sessions, both parties must explicitly consent before a session is recorded. The partner receives a clear notification and can revoke consent at any time. We never record without explicit, informed consent from all participants.

Yes. Your recordings and reports are associated with your account and never shared with third parties. You can delete any session at any time. Partner recordings require mutual consent and are only accessible to the participants involved.
